Adult Film Producer Cleared Of Legal Charges

leave a comment »

XBIZ reports that the Florida state attorney’s office has dropped all charges against porn producer Dirty D, who was arrested in March and indicted on two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance, and one count of illegal computer pornography.

The charges were levied after a woman claimed she was underage when filming a Tampa Bay adult film in August 2007. Dirty D told XBIZ earlier this year that the female in question had apparently presented a fake I.D. and also participated in porn shoots “before and after” his movie.

Prosecutors cited a “lack of cooperation from the victim” as reasons for dropping the charges.

News of the lawsuit came only hours after Anderson appeared on the Good Morning America television program to announce that she was levying civil and criminal charges against Sheen following an incident between the two at a New York City hotel several weeks ago.

Sheen’s camp claims that Anderson demanded one million dollars from the Two and a Half Men leading man and threatened to go to authorities with her “false tale” of assault if the money was not paid.
