217b953300d7b4ac962659655c1cf949(Los Angeles, CA – Thursday, March 21, 2013) Measure X, the much talked about spoof film raising funds for the fight against the Measure B is set to release on Tuesday, March 26, 2013.

The acerbic and hilarious film helmed by Mike Quasar pokes fun at the real life adult industry crisis in Los Angeles County where the Measure B ‘condom law’ is infringing upon the rights and freedoms of performers and producers by requiring mandatory condom use. Every dollar from every sale of the film will go directly to the lawsuit that the Free Speech Coalition is engaged in with the goal of having the law repealed.

“We were flooded with calls from talent and crew who wanted to donate their services to this film,” Quasar says. “Everyone worked long hours and did an amazing job. I couldn’t have asked for a better cast. Now let’s hope we can raise some money to fight this ridiculous law.”

In the film, sleazy politician Michael Winestain champions the new ‘Measure X’ law, where he soon realizes that no one, including himself, wants to watch porn with condoms! Bumbling ‘condom cops’ attempt to enforce the law while the actors become more and more confused, and sex becomes ironically less safe.

The X3Sixty Network is featuring a mini-documentary about the making of Measure X with hilarious behind-the-scenes clips and interviews with the stars and director. That piece is airing on select cable channels this month, and will be available soon on the network’s web site ( or at

“It’s important for people to know that every dime of proceeds from this film will go to fund the legal battle over Measure B,” says Domenick Bongiorno, in charge of distribution of the film through Zero Tolerance Entertainment. “The law negatively affects everyone involved with adult film, from the performers all the way to the consumer, so we need to take a stand.”

The Free Speech Coalition is spearheading a lawsuit filed to challenge the constitutionality of the law. Vivid Entertainment and performers Kayden Kross and Logan Pierce are named as plaintiffs in the suit, which is being supported by a plethora of adult companies, novelty companies and interested parties.

Measure X hits stores on March 26, 2013, and all proceeds go directly toward the lawsuit.
